This setting allows you to deicde whether users can see the chat box with an email contact form when you are offline.

Navigate to Administration > Configuration:

Scroll down the page and you will see a tick box with ‘Hide Chat When Offline’. Tick this box to hide chat. If you leave this unticked the chat box will display with your offline message and alloe the Visitor to leave you a message.
